My Story✨

she’s more confident, more grounded, more at ease in herself.

A note from me...
I’ve struggled with body image for as long as I can remember.
Even though I was never “overweight,” I always carried this heaviness ,
this feeling of not being pretty enough, not being good enough.
That quiet insecurity… comparison… and that sense of feeling less than.
And ofcourse those cycles of binging on food and then feeling embarrassed , guilty and shameful
But overtime I started to notice that it was never just about my weight. Because while the scale always said i was in the ‘healthy’ weight range and i was still not feeling like it. I realised there were deeper emotional and mental layers at play.
Every time I disconnected from myself…
every time I started prioritising everyone else over me…
my body responded with putting on extra pounds- or just that sticky , heavy feeling
learning to understand these patterns and work with them
is what changed everything….
BodyRecode comes from this journey.
Not once, but multiple times of me coming back to myself, to confidence, to ease, to , feeling at home in my own body.
